Service Description

My role is to help you take a holistic overview of the care needs that you or your family member may require and to help educate and inform you of your choices and in so doing help this transition period to be one through which you are fully supported. I am here to give you advice based on my years of clinical experience and of professional care giving . I am not giving medical advice and any serious health issues need to be addressed with your physician.
