The Threshold Guide
Navigating the Sacred Threshold of Your Wisdom Years
Guidance for women aging alone through life’s major transitions.
There comes a time when life as we knew it begins to shift through aging, loss, or profound change.
In these moments, it is easy to feel frozen in the doorway between the life that was and the life that is still unfolding.
As your Threshold Guide, I stand in that space with you; offering physical, emotional, and spiritual tools to help you move forward with clarity, grace, and purpose.
The Four Threshold Pillars
Life’s transitions are not just practical — they touch every part of who we are.
The Threshold Guide explores each transition through four interconnected dimensions, helping you move forward with clarity, support, and understanding.
In ancient traditions, the threshold was seen as a sacred space — the place between what has been and what is becoming.
It is the doorway we pass through when life as we knew it ends, but the next chapter has not yet fully begun.
For many women, especially those navigating life independently, these wisdom years bring profound transitions — aging alone, experiencing loss, or stepping into an entirely new phase of life.
The Threshold Guide was created to support you in these moments.
Blending physical, emotional and spiritual guidance and end of life wisdom this framework helps you.
Sacred Transition
Transitions are not endings — they are sacred invitations into deeper wisdom, presence, and becoming.

I am safe to step through this threshold.
Preparing for Life’s Final Transition
End-of-life planning is not simply about documents or logistics.
It is an act of clarity, care, and personal sovereignty.
By thoughtfully preparing for this stage, you create space for meaningful conversations, emotional peace, and a deeper connection to how you wish to be remembered.
This work bridges the gap between practical readiness and spiritual reflection — helping you approach life’s final transition with dignity, intention, and peace.

Real Results, Real Confidence
Debbie Aragon
When my mother needed guidance and coaching for physical and cognitive decline, Tina began working with her straight away and continued until her death. She has the utmost compassion, care, expertise, judgment, energy, conscientiousness, integrity, and calm. I cannot speak highly enough of her. There is no better coach and End of Life Doula and she also is able to take an overview of the situation and help clarify the path ahead.

Tina is an excellent listener and is sympathetic while at the same time providing very sound, practical advice. I believe her medical background and holistic approach coupled with common sense and patience serves her clients very well. She has a truly warm spiritual and compassionate nature so that one always feels well taken care of in her presence.

You Do Not Have to Walk Through These Thresholds Alone
Life’s transitions can feel uncertain, but they also offer opportunities for deep reflection, growth, and transformation.
With thoughtful support, these moments can become gateways into clarity, strength, and renewed purpose.
If you find yourself standing at a threshold, you are warmly invited to begin the conversation.
