About Tina

A companion for life’s most meaningful transitions.

There are moments in life when we find ourselves standing at a threshold; a point where something familiar is ending and something new is beginning.

These transitions may come through aging, loss, caregiving, or simply the quiet awareness that life itself is changing.

For many women navigating these moments alone, this space can feel uncertain or overwhelming.

My work as the Threshold Guide is to walk beside you in that space; offering support, clarity, and tools to help you move forward with confidence and care.

Alan watts quote:

"The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it and join the dance."

Tina’s Story

How This Work Began

I didn’t just study the thresholds of life;  I have lived them.

My journey began in the Blue Mountains of Australia and carried me through Sydney, London, Hong Kong, Colorado, San Diego, and finally New York.

Each place, each transition, shaped me in ways I could never have predicted.

Through those experiences, I found myself facing many of the same questions that arise during life’s major transitions — questions about identity, direction, and what it truly means to move forward.

Over time, I learned that these moments of uncertainty were not something to avoid. They were invitations. Invitations to grow stronger, to become clearer, and to reconnect with what truly matters.

I bring my expertise as a physical therapist (uk) a certified Master Law of Attraction Coach and a Certified End of Life Doula as well as my life experience to my work of embracing the wise elder within us.

My Mission:

"As a Threshold Guide, I provide the physical and spiritual tools to help seekers navigate the heavy lifting of life' greatest transitions, - aging alone, surviving loss, and approaching the end of life-moving them from a state of "freeze" to a place of clarity"

The Philosophy of the Threshold Guide

In ancient traditions, the threshold was seen as a sacred space — the place between what has been and what is becoming.

It is the moment when life as we knew it ends, but the next chapter has not yet fully formed.

For many women, especially those navigating life independently, the wisdom years bring a series of these thresholds.

Rather than rushing through them, the Threshold Guide invites you to pause.

To listen.

To access your inner wisdom.

To move forward not from fear, but from clarity and strength.

These years are not about decline.

They are about becoming.

You are not just getting older — you are becoming an elder.

Who This Work Is For

The Threshold Guide is especially meaningful for women who are:

• navigating life independently as they age
• experiencing major life transitions or identity shifts
• caring for aging loved ones
• reflecting on meaning, purpose, and legacy
• preparing for later life or end-of-life conversations

These experiences are deeply personal, yet they are also shared by many.

You are not alone in this journey.

A Compassionate and Grounded Approach

Tina’s Approach

This work is not about quick fixes or rigid solutions.

It is about creating a space where you can explore what is unfolding in your life with honesty, reflection, and care.

Together, we may explore questions such as:

• What transition am I currently facing?
• What feels uncertain or overwhelming right now?
• What part of my life is asking for change?
• What wisdom is trying to emerge in this moment?

My role is not to lead you in a fixed direction.

It is to walk beside you — offering guidance, perspective, and practical tools as you find your own path forward.
